Washing:
For best results, hand-wash in cool water using a pH-neutral or silk-specific detergent. Gently move the fabric through the water — do not scrub or twist.

If machine washing, turn the pillowcase inside out, place it in a mesh laundry bag, and select the delicate/silk cycle (maximum 30 °C). Use only mild detergent formulated for silk.

Avoid bleach, fabric softeners and strong detergents — they weaken silk fibres and reduce lustre.

Drying:
Do not tumble-dry. Instead, press out excess water gently (e.g., with a soft towel) and allow the pillowcase to air-dry away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

If ironing is needed, use low heat on the silk setting and ideally place a cloth between the iron and the fabric — or use a garment steamer.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
